A very well thought out guided tour. The guide took plenty of time to inform us about the area, beautiful scenery. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Rovaniemi.

I think this is one of the most underrated activities in Rovaniemi! The hike is hard, but it's not super challenging! You should join them if you have the time! They did a circuit trip, and the photos taken by our guide are really nice. They will provide snowshoes with spikes for you as well. The view along the hike to see the frozen waterfalls is just jaw-dropping.

Was a nice snow hike to 3 frozen waterfalls. Good day trip if you want to get into nature. The ensuing campfire was equipped with both meat and vegetarian/vegan options. Also the tour guide was very nice and chatty.

Very beautiful hike. Our guide was great. This is not a hike for someone with knee issues. This is not a beginner hike. It is 90 minutes from Rovaniemi to start the hike just so you plan your day accordingly. We were given winter suits and boots, hats and mittens if you needed them. We were warm enough.

Can’t recommend the company Beyond Artic highly enough. Clear communication -WhatsApp us in advance as Viator messaging isn’t always the best. If needed, responses has always been prompt. Very well organised tour- the weather wasn’t great -20deg Celsius for a 5km walk and they left no stones unturned. Provided all the gear - hats, gloves, winter wear, boots and crampons. I was sweating throughout the hike (better to sweat than to be feeling cold) and so very happy with the experience. Hike wise - it’s cold, straightforward hike. Some uphill but you are mostly fighting against the coldness which can be resolved as the tour company provided all the gears. My dad who is 60 also completed the hike in one piece. Our tour guide sosie was very helpful and lovely as well. Would recommend to experience hiking in freezing temperatures 🤗
