3.00The tour to Burj Khalifa was wonderful & the full day Dubai city tour was amazing! Consequently, we did not receive admission to the Underwater Zoo although the tour was supposed to include tickets. Only got to see it from the mall view.

2.00This was the most expensive tour of Dubai and included tickets to Burj Kalifa and Aquarium, but was very poorly organized; I had contacted the guide earlier about an evening tour that we would like to be back at the hotel by 2 to have some rest and change and he said that for the early tour, we would be back by 2pm.. But when he picked us up, he said that our Burj ticket was for 3:30. We booked early enough that it should have been done early, but don't know if that was on our driver or the company. This is the only tour that didn't have a driver and a guide and it didn't work so well. We had to park and spend time walking to and from the car alot. During other tours, the driver was called to pick us up when done where we were and we saved a lot of time. The guide/driver counted on me to call him when we were done seeing something and he would meet us. But my phone did not work well in Dubai and at one point we had to wait over an hour for him to meet us. The driver was kind enough, but I would not recommend taking a tour without a driver and a guide.
