Depart mid-morning making your way towards the Surf Coast with frequent scenic stops, including the Great Ocean Road Memorial Arch. Along the way you will see pristine beaches, pass through idyllic seaside villages and stop to look for some of Australia’s iconic wildlife like wild koalas and colourful parrots. Discover the Shipwreck Coast, stroll along the historic beaches and see Loch Ard Gorge. Arrive at the 12 Apostles and descend the Gibson’s Steps where you will be dwarfed by the high cliff line and these enormous offshore stacks. One of the many highlights of your day will no doubt be watching the sun set over this spectacular coastline (summer only/subject to weather conditions).

5.00I joined the Great Ocean Road tour on August 8th, and our guide was David. I will absolutely give him a five-star review — in fact, I think this experience deserves a whole story. Hello David, I’m the one in the blue jacket who was sitting next to you. You are the best tour guide I’ve ever met. Thank you for spending the whole day showing us around, introducing so many things along the way, and even preparing breakfast and coffee for us. We went looking for wildlife together, and thanks to your reminder, I spotted the blue whale out in the ocean. We also saw plenty of kangaroos and koalas. Finally, at the Twelve Apostles, we took some amazing photos and watched a breathtaking sunset. The weather kept changing all day, but at the most important moments, it turned out perfect. I’m so glad I got to spend the whole day with you — it was my happiest day in Australia. Once again, happy birthday! Hope we’ll meet again someday.
