2.00Our experience was less than ideal. We enjoyed the Jurassic park themed attraction as well as the flower dome and we arrived ON TIME at 3 pm when we arrived at the sky park they wouldn’t let us in and said we missed our time. We wasn’t aware we had to be there by 3 that there were time slots. There wasn’t time slots on the other attractions and we weren’t given any direction from our agent. They wouldn’t honor our passes since they were bought from 3rd party and we had to purchase new tickets. Agent wont return texts or calls. Horrible customer service.
