The Great Pyramid of Khufu
The Great Pyramid of Khufu, also known as the Pyramid of Cheops, is the largest of the three pyramids at Giza and one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Built around 2560 BC during the reign of Pharaoh Khufu, it was constructed as his tomb. The pyramid originally stood at 146.6 meters (481 feet) tall, although it now measures about 138.8 meters (455 feet) due to the loss of its outer casing stones. It was built with over 2 million limestone blocks, showcasing incredible engineering skills. The Great Pyramid remained the tallest man-made structure in the world for over 3,800 years. 5.00We had a great experience. Seeing the pyramids and Sphinx was one thing but having them explained and hearing the history by our guide Habeba made it so much more. She was fun and made our day go so smooth and easy. We even got to go inside the Great Pyramid! The camel ride was short but worthwhile for the experience and unique photos. Lunch was delicious and Egypt makes a great cola that has vitamins and no caffeine. Try it! Highly recommend this tour and highly recommend Habeba as a guide.

5.00We had an unforgettable experience visiting the Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx, enjoying a camel ride, and going inside one of the pyramids all thanks to our amazing guide, Dr Fatima. The camel ride was a fun and memorable part of the tour. Dr Fatima made sure everything was well organized and comfortable. She was patient and attentive throughout the day, always making sure we felt safe, comfortable, and able to enjoy every moment. We liked her so much that we asked her to be our guide for the following two days as well as we went to visit some museums and Mosques in Cairo.

5.00Absolutely amazing! Mohammed Mohey our guide was brilliant. He was very informative, had great knowledge, had a good sense of humour and a generally nice chap. The trip was seamless. We opted for the all inclusive tour. It was really enjoyable, even the camel ride! We added a sneaky trip to Saqqara to our trip after lunch. Again this was no trouble for Mohammed and the driver. Would thoroughly recommend, particularly with Mohammed.

5.00We had a lovely and very educational day with Dr Fatima visiting the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. Everything ran smoothly and she is very knowledgable about Egyptian history and culture. We were never rushed and had time to take everything in and really enjoy being around such wonders. Even enjoyed the camel ride on Charlie Brown! She also took us to buy our cartouches and visit a papyrus facility. I will recommend this tour to anybody, who wants a first hand experience!

5.00We had an unforgettable 1-day private guided tour around the Great Pyramids and the Sphinx. Our guide, Mostafa, was absolutely fantastic incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring. He sorted everything out for us seamlessly, which meant we could just relax and fully enjoy the experience and let us take it at our own pace. His explanations brought the history to life and he was always happy to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable throughout the day. He even gave us advice about what to do for the rest of our trip and sent recommendations of restaurant, activities and things we shouldn't miss. To top it all off, the tour ended with an amazing meal. The traditional local falafel wraps were amazing and it was great we were given a choice of what food we'd like to try. All which was included in the cost. Overall, a perfectly organised, insightful, and memorable experience that we would highly recommend, especially with Mostafa as your guide. I wouldn't have wanted to do it any other way! It was really reasonably priced too, especially for small groups considering the fees you'd have to pay to see the Pyramids and to go inside.

5.00If you are interested in visiting the pyramids of Giza, I would recommend this tour. My guide Ms. Aya contacted me the day before and the morning pickup was very smooth. I was able to see the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx efficiently and the explanation was easy to understand. Best of all, the inside of the pyramid of Khufu was so amazing.
