Your tour completely wasted time by taking us to Hell’s Kitchen and Route 66 instead of focusing on the Grand Canyon. The bus was extremely slow. Pickup was at 5:20 am from Treasure Island Hotel, but we only reached the Grand Canyon at 1:15 pm. After such a long and tiring journey, you gave us just 2.5 hours there. From Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon is only a 4-hour drive, but your tour took 7–8 hours. Hoover Dam, which should have been shown properly in the morning, was shown for just 10 seconds at night in complete darkness. You deliberately wasted time at useless spots, and because of that we could not explore the Grand Canyon properly – which was the main purpose of the trip. This tour is absolutely not worth recommending to anyone. We came all the way from India especially to see the Grand Canyon, but the money we spent went completely to waste. Why can’t you give proper time at the main attraction? The tour guide was more interested in taking lunch and dinner orders, probably because of commission from restaurants, instead of focusing on the tourists’ experience. Because of all this, we couldn’t explore the Grand Canyon and felt cheated after coming all the way from India. Even 1 star feels too much for this tour.

Decent experience overall. Communication needs work on this site. The pickup location and time selected was NOT what I recieved. Also the actual tour at the Grand Canyon was self guided. You were given a map and told to walk 3 miles unless you “upgraded”. The Guide was nice however on the trip and clear how things worked while on the excursion.

Tour company kept changing the dates and tour. At the end, they canceled on me and have yet to refund the money. Do not travel with them.

Overall, the trip to the Grand Canyon was a great experience—the scenery is absolutely stunning, and seeing it even in the rain was memorable. However, a few factors unfortunately affected my overall impression: There were too many unnecessary stops, and frequent delays caused by late or slow fellow travelers significantly extended the travel time. While we were prepared for a long journey, we did not expect it to take more than six hours. The late arrival at the destination, primarily due to prolonged stops and delays waiting for the group, impacted the overall enjoyment and reduced our time at the Canyon.I understand that the company is not directly responsible for delays caused by the group, but I believe it would be helpful to implement measures to better manage time and encourage punctuality among participants. The Grand Canyon itself was absolutely worth the trip—I just hope that future travelers have a more timely and smooth experience.
