  This was a long, 12 hour day from 8 am to 8 pm, and well worth the time. Our team of Victoria and Sarinne, our tour guide was efficient, safe, friendly and knowledgeable. The scenery is spectacular and there’s a nice variety of activities, especially in Grindelwald, the longest stop. Cable car ride, hiking, train ride and sledding. Keep in mind this is Switzerland so be on time for the tour and when returning. They’re very kind but they won’t wait forever. Also, no bathrooms on the bus, so plan accordingly.   I’m so glad we chose this tour! The experience was seamless and extremely well-coordinated. Every stop was thoughtfully planned and right on time, which made the entire trip stress-free. Our tour guide, Lars, was an absolute delight; lively, positive, and effortlessly engaging. He shared thoughtful insights and fun little details throughout the journey, keeping the entire group entertained and informed and elevating the overall experience.

  Overall the tour was good. There was a bit too much time in Grindelwald if you were not participating in highly active options- hiking & sledging. Our tour guy Renata was very mono tone reading her script, walked at a very fast pace on the stops, did not wait for guests to catch up and at the last stop did not even wait for everyone to get off the bus! I chose to use my cane as it was snowy and uneven surfaces - as I got off the bus she practically rolled her eyes that it would be a problem! At the first stop the route to the village was a bit complicated and it would have been better if she had waited at the turn to the tunnel as guests were headed back to the bus! There was an overall lack of concern for guests or their experience. She only seemed interested in her hikes and went on & on about how great her hike was. She had no knowledge of coffee shops or what might be open. She just said not a lot was open on Sundays. She mentioned restaurants in Zurich, but always qualified them with “I’ve heard it was good”! She is not a good ambassador of your services. The driver Philip was very helpful.

  Beautiful beyond the imagination! Our driver Phiipe and guide Renalt were excellent! So many fun facts! Do the zip line and the cliff walk!! Unbelievable time!

  The scenery was absolutely breathtaking—from mountain peaks in Grindelwald (esp. the Grindelwald First) to the vibrant charm of Interlaken and the stunning waterfalls in Lauterbrunnen. Everything was well-organized and truly unforgettable. Special mention to Jean & Priscilla for being such an amazing guide😊 Highly recommend!

  Overall, I think the three stops were amazing, however due to weather delays there were alot of unplanned stops that caused this tour to miss 2 hours of the tour time. Best of Switzerland Tours needs to have a better plan in place if they are going to do tours in the winter season. I understand the need for safety and am so grateful for that and our bus driver Torren, however the need for chains being placed on the tires took nearly 90 minutes. Then, as soon as we left the gas station stop where the chains were put on, the driver stopped again to check and make sure they were put on properly. Then again, a few minutes later stopped to take them off which took some time as well. What is the point of putting them on, then just taking them off 15 minutes later? Even funnier is Victor and the other tour guide kept saying this will only take one minute every time we stopped and that was just not the case at all. We should not have lost time at each stop because of this. If anything your employees should have stayed and worked longer to allow us the time we paid for. Everything was rushed. We missed 30 minutes each at Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen and a whole hour at Grindelwald. Everyone kept saying how come if we all are in favor of staying later we can't. Very poor organization!

  Renate was our guide and was very informative and helpful. Hugo was our driver and did an excellent job getting us every where safely. It was in between season’s; and because of that some excursions were closed in Grindelwald, however we still had a great time taking the train into the Alps. We loved Interlaken, and would recommend spending more time in Interlaken on this tour, as we felt we could have explored more there.

  This coach tour provides beautiful scenery and breaks up the long day with three different stops. Whether it is shopping, food, sightseeing this provides it all. Jean was an excellent guide for the day.
