The guide (Adela) assigned to us was pathetic. She literally never guided any one of us for anything.

1.00The route plan was well organised. But our assigned guide never helped anyone regarding the parking areas and the directions. At every stop, atleast a few tourists were found lost somewhere. She wasn’t so cooperative too with the itinerary. Overall experience with the travel package was good but not happy with the guide.

5.00An efficient and value-for-money way to see the best of the Swiss Alps in one day. The tour was conducted in both English and Spanish and was very well organised. The bus was comfortable and clean, though WiFi would have made it even better. There were two guides: one went with the Jungfraujoch visitors, while Elisabeth stayed with us. Everything ran smoothly. In Grindelwald, you have four activity options: Mt First cliff walk, sledging, a panorama train ride, or hiking. Due to the weather, only Mount First was operating (CHF 68 for the cable car, totally worth it, and tickets can be bought on the bus). We had 3.5 hours there, which was sufficient. In Lauterbrunnen, 1.5 hours was enough to walk through the valley to Staubbach Falls. Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen are the real highlights. Interlaken was shorter, but between winter daylight and the long drive back to Zurich via Lucerne, you can only fit so much into a day — and it was more than enough. Perfect if you’re short on time.

5.00Highly Recommended day trip with best of Switzerland. It was my 2nd trip with this tour company and I enjoyed it. Day starts with a beautiful stop at lauterbrunnen followed by grindelwald absolute gem but to get best out of grindelwald you have to pay extra 64 CHF for cable car ride to mountain first which is worth it and last stop interlaken its 1 hour stop and nothing much to do or see as everyone is tired by now. Tour guide was very responsible and humble and so was the driver ( 8th feb ). If you fellow all the instruction given my tour guide it will be memorable day. Overall 9/10

5.00Amazing experience it is advisable to climb to the top of the mountain in the cable car to wear well warm clothes in winter and comfortable shoes the tour is long but worth very professional and friendly equipment

4.00Milton is an excellent and energetic guide. He worked hard during the entire trip, providing information and advice. He repeated everything in both Spanish and English. The seating on the bus was a bit tight but ok. The last stop in Interloken was disappointing- it was a casino-shopping complex - not any nature site.

5.00Amazing day trip with Milton and Hugo! We had a great day from start to finish this tour is definitely a must if visiting Zurich ! The views were just post card perfect and it was just like how i imagined it to be if not better ! We done the Cabo car but other trips and ideas offered ! We were just in awe the whole time ! Milton our guide was very professional , very knowledgable and friendly ! Hugo was a great driver Thanks for an amazing day

5.00We had the most amazing day on this tour ! Everything went like clockwork and even got slightly longer in each of the stops ! Cable car up to grindelwald first is a must the views and the clif walk where out of this world ! Even the bus journey views were class also ! It’s like something out of a post card ! Milton our tour guide was amazing and Hugo the bus driver was great ! Thanks fo a wonderful day 😃😃

5.00High quality experience to see the Swiss Alps in a single day. The cable ride to the top of First was excellent. Tour guide Roberto shared insight into the scenery and history of Switzerland that made the very comfortable bus ride very enjoyable.

5.00A unique experience! Fully recommended as everything detailed in the tour, when hiring it, is as is and even more so. The guides explain everything in English and Spanish that makes the tour even more enjoyable. They are super attentive, friendly and at the end they give you support in case you want to go to dinner or see another activity. A +10 everything!!! We hope to come back soon and contact you again.
