It was very nice but kind of short. I loved it and my kids did too. Definetly would recommmend! Very nice family experience.

I’ll start by saying I usually do not complain because I’m conscious that life happens, unplanned events happen. However, I would not give them a stars if possible. Our driver never arrived at the pick up spot, not a call or a message to let us know that things had changed. To be clear, I actually received a email the night before as a reminder for the pick up time and location. After waiting several minutes I contacted Viator assistance. I chatted with Viator assistance and they could not help me. They could only gave me a number to call the operator, which I called and no one answered, Viator called themselves and no one answered, Viator and I left messages and no one called back. I had to rearrange all my plans for this family trip on an already busy and tight schedule. This was terrible experience.

Booking was easy, but Viator was unable to deliver the tickets until 9.50 via WhatsApp only for me to discover they were for 11.00 and we had to wait. I was not aware the tickets were only CHF17 for entry, so when you pay CHF 288 fir 4 people pickup only, you expect more

Our booking was for at 11 am however the tickets we got for the actual tour was at 1 pm. Moreover the guide picked us up at 10:42 am from the hotel n only then when he handed over the tickets it was at 1pm. So essentially we were dropped off at 11:10 am in Lindt n had to wait there for two hours b4 being admitted. This was rather a disappointment for all of us as there’s not much to do to kill that 2 hrs. Otherwise the tour itself was ok which is like 40-45 mins as a whole. My personal opinion is this Lindt factory tour is more of hype than real attraction per se.

Expensive for a short tour. It was a self guided tour with a hand piece that talks to you. Driver was nice and early. Finding a way back isn’t hard just uber. It’s cheaper.

The Lindt experience was great but operator via whom we booked was not great. We booked for 10:00. The driver collected us dropped us off at Lindt. He collected the tickets which were then only for 13:00. He left without proper explanation on what is going on. We wasted a lot of time on our holiday in Zurich due to this.

The experience at home of chocolate was great however the cost for these vouchers was too far expensive. Entry to the home of chocolate for 4 pax was ONLY about USD 90, let alone we also did not get any of water bottles. 😂 what empty promises. So what would be USD300 for? Is it cost for pick up from hotel to this home of chocolate? It is barely 20 mins drive away. 😱😱😱

If I could give 0 stars, they sold me tickets without them and then they canceled, that's dishonest. Bad experience.

to be clear, this is essentially paying admission to a scalper however, the experience is typically sold out so if you really want to go to the Lindt chocolate museum, you’ll get a ride there and a ride back and the tickets you need
