5.00We had a great time today in hakone. The pirate ship tour and the ropeway are excellent. Our driver Mike is very efficient and very helpful to make our tour smooth. He even assisted us in the ticket buying, always prompt in our schedule. He is very considerate. He speaks good English so we don't have any problem communicating.
