3.00The trip was misrepresented on the via site. She didn’t get a cruise. We didn’t get skyl childron I don’t think tour. We just got a shopping trip and lunch that was served at 10:20 AM.. we got to go in the tunnel behind the fall. However, the elevator broke down and we just had to stand there for a good 20 minutes while they repaired it. I’ve had good experiences with Viator before, but I feel like they did not represent the tour accurately, and I felt like I was overcharged for the kind of trip that I had for the excursion

3.00The tour on the Niagara Falls on the boat was nice. However, the tour in general was not as expected: the bus show up 30 minutes later at the hotel than it was supposed to be. Second, we never skipped lines as it was supposed to be, not special lines for our group. We spent 45 minutes or more doing lines. We have been told by other guys in the bus that it was having mechanical problems since early in the morning that is why they came to picked us up late. At 3pm when we were leaving the point where the rapids are showed, the bus was out of service and we had to wait 45 minutes in the street to be picked up by a new one that drop us at the Skylon Tower but never bring us back to the hotel. We had to doing it by ourselves. We demand a compensation!
