Great tour, Sadie was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide, with plenty of info and facts. Stopped in lots of places, plenty of chances to grab food and drinks, souvenirs, and for toilet breaks. Some walking required up and down the tunnel (quite steep walking back up), but not too tasking otherwise (tunnel is optional anyway if you didn’t fancy it). Learned a lot about the Korean War, the DMZ, and current day Korea. Would highly recommend! We did the 9:30am start (pickup at 9:25), and arrived back at city hall at 4pm.

Our tour guide Sadie is very knowledgeable, friendly and speak good English. We had a good time. Get Sadie if you want a good tour.

I wouldn’t rebook this tour if I had the choice. The English option wasn’t very good and we didn’t really understand very much of what our tour guide Dora was saying. The tour ended up being a little bit boring because we couldn’t understand very much. The actual DMZ was 1and tunnel visit was interesting. but, what bothered me the most was that this tour operator literally walks one by one and forces people to write five star reviews about the experience as they are sitting on the bus on the way back. That is disingenuous, and when I pushed back saying I would rather review later, she made it a public thing and tried to shame on me in front of other tourists.

Yeoni Jin kept us well informed coming up to the day of the tour. She was very kind and friendly. Full of information however talked too quickly and so I couldn't understand a lot of it.
