Cancellation Policy:
Full Refund: If you cancel 6 or more days before the scheduled tour date.
50% Refund: If you cancel between 3 to 5 days before the scheduled tour date.
No Refund: If you cancel less than 3 days before the scheduled date.
-No refunds for weather unless Hanauma closes.
*Tours may change or be canceled depending on weather, traffic conditions, minimum number of participants not met, etc.
*We will be unable to upload images in unforeseen events such as camera malfunctions, etc.

Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve
-6:30AM/11:30AM pick up from Waikiki/Kahala hotel or 7:00AM/12:00PM meet at Hanauma -Arrive at Hanauma Bay 7:00AM/12:00PM (Snorkel for about 1 hour, but will adjust to individual physical condition) -Depart from Hanauma Bay and arrive at hotel around 10:30~11:00/3:30~4:00

5.00Fumio was wonderful! Even though it was a bit windy, she made sure we still had an amazing time, saw tons of fish, and even saw a sea turtle! She was able to tailor the experience for some who were a little more advanced than others. She had a lock box for our things as well as water and snacks when we were done. She even suggested a little donut truck on our way back to town, and they were one of the best things we've eaten in Waikiki! Highly recommend!

5.00Pick up was smooth and right in front of our hotel bell desk. Fumie was on time and walk us through the plans for the day. We took the earliest tour base on the previous review on lesser crowd and better visibility of the water. We didn't mind waking up early. We definitely beat the crowds and best spot to set our mats. Snorkeling gear, vest and fins are included. Also she would provide the mat and a locked container to put your stuff in while you are in the water. She took us to the areas where you can see lots of fish and eel activities. No turtle at this time but next time I hope. She took great pictures and videos she instantly forwarded to us before we end the tour. Fumie is efficient, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. The group we had was only 5 people and it worked out because she can focus on each of us. Definitely worth booking this tour. We will book again next time we are in Oahu. Beats the crowd and the hassle of reserving online.

5.00The pickup was on time, and we talked to an American couple in the car. They showed us exactly where the fish were after so many years in Hanauma Bay, and we were thrilled to see the fish the best in the past! He also had his grandson and old wife take care of him, and he was thrilled to see so many fish. My wife said later that the guide and my family had a great time talking in the neighboring prefecture, and that we were relaxed and had too much fun. I'm talking to my wife about how we're going to be indebted to this tour company again next year. Thank you very much.

5.00Fantastic way to visit Hanauma Bay: no worries about parking, waiting in ticket line). We brough our own snorkel equipment from home, but Go Hanauma will provide if needed. The waters were clear, & we saw so many fish (including several humuhumunukunukuapua'a). Being in a small group (4) was fantastic & allowed Fumio, our guide, to pay special attention to the other couple who was snorkeling for the 1st time.

5.00Our snorkeling instructor, Fumio, gave us the best snorkeling experience we could have imagined! We’re more than pleased. She arrived early and was well organized. In our group of four, there were different levels of snorkeling abilities. She gave us newbies extra care and the more experienced person a more challenging experience. Fumio gave us a plethora of photos to enjoy after the excursion. Our snorkeling experience was highlight of our Hawaii trip. Also, she’s an excellent driver and provided snacks, water and a locked secure box for all of our belongings. This excursion was an A+. She was an amazing instructor who was very professional and gave us a wonderful experience! Hanauma Bay was beautiful with its coral reef and fish

5.00Wouldn’t visit Hanauma Bay any other way. Our guide, Fumio made everything so easy. From pick up to having snorkeling equipment ready, this is for those who don’t want to worry about anything. Plenty of snorkel time and Fumio made sure we were all ok and safe the whole time. Not for those who want to spend all day at the Bay resting with multiple times in the water, but would highly recommend to anyone else. Awesome experience.
