Step into the refined world of West Lake Lotus Tea (Trà Sen Hồ Tây) — the most treasured tea tradition of Hanoi, once reserved for royalty and scholars. In this immersive workshop, you’ll explore how delicate lotus fragrance is naturally infused into green tea using an age-old, labor-intensive method that requires over 1,000 fresh lotus flowers for just one kilogram of tea. This is not just a tea tasting — it’s a cultural journey into Hanoi’s slow rhythm, craftsmanship, and quiet elegance. A portion of the experience supports children’s education at our farm — a meaningful way to honor the hands behind every leaf you enjoy.

We had an amazing time with Simone. He was so knowledgeable and made the class very fun. We’ve had a lot of coffee since we have been in Vietnam but this coffee was the best we’ve had so far. He changed my view on egg coffee now I’m in love.

Experience 100% recommended. I really like coffee and we were able to taste and learned to make all the traditional Vietnamese ways to prepare it. Very interesting and especially lovely staff. I would recommend it to my family and friends without hesitation. Looking forward to preparing what I have learned at home.
