4.00The Hard Rock Cafe never disappoints😀 We would like to thank Giovanni from the bottom of our hearts for the professional and very friendly service, who shared his life story with us. From the menu we chose the Original legendary burger with a bottomless drink, Bacon cheese burger (kids menu) special Messi edition, our child chose fruit as a side dish and the Messi menu comes with a free drink. We also had One night in Bangkok spicy shrimp, BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger and lemonade. The food was perfect as always, we didn't wait long and the children also got ice cream as a freebie. In addition, we received a discount coupon for shopping at the Hard Rock shop and there was a small figurine as a gift with the Messi menu. We also really appreciate the wet wipes that they always bring us after the meal at the Hard Rock Cafe. We all left very satisfied. Even though we don't directly seek out the Hard Rock Cafe, whenever we see it, we go there to eat, because so far it has always been a great experience with amazing and fresh food👌🏻

1.00Very unwelcome, we arrive via the terrace which is not the conventional entrance (we did not see the entrance?) so the two waitresses look up and down, we apologize and ask if it is possible to have a drink, we are looked at again as if we had asked for something unusual in a bar? We show a free table to sit on and the waitress replies very haughtily that it is closed without offering us an alternative. I have rarely had such a bad experience. on the other hand I recommend the bar above (Guinness Aran Pub) which KNOWS how to welcome guests and place them when its terrace is open.

1.00Would have been better to just book and pay for my meal, was treated as a second class citizen due to buying this deal and per paying, wasn’t give a choice of starter only onion rings or salad, mains was nice, with regard to dessert wasn’t give a menu or spoken till after my plates were taken away then 10mins later a waiter walked pass and put a a slice of chocolate cake on my table. I wasn’t asked if wanted it or given any choice. DO NOT BUY THIS DEAL OR GO TO THE HARDROCK CAFE

5.00Good service, delicious food and large portions. We had a currant platter, a Becks, a Bangkok Burger and a BBG Bacon Burger. We paid 60,25€ It was as always, just too much, but very delicious. We got a table in the front row without waiting, was just a good time.

4.00Reservation of a table by internet, ready on arrival. Quick installation and consideration of the menu in the process. The order will be taken with a smile and service to the small care by Liam our waiter for one night. Excellent dishes, everyone feasts. Liam will be attentive throughout the meal to serve us unlimited drinks (tips handed over without difficulty, thank you Liam!). We had a great evening, establishment I recommend.

1.00I've never seen a burger delivered to me without a sauce. And on enquiry whether that was forgotten, it was only said they should have been ordered and paid extra. And that at a price of just under EUR 22. Really disappointing
