The tour guide did a great job, just wished it was a little longer. But worth the money, and informative

Guide change time, then failed to show. Guide didn’t respond to conversation/chat when reported late. Viator attempted to contact and did not respond via phone. Guide had previously asked for phone number to contact and never tried to connect via sms/text or WhatsApp.
