  Getting TSM for all our transportation and tour needs was a the single best decision of our trip. We have the easiest, most convenient trip ever. From the moment we reached out to them, to planning the itinerary, paying for the trip, pick-up from the airport, all the tours and to the send-off, Tran of TSM, along with Son, was there. Tran was on top of everything to ensure we had no problems. They also helped us with things outside of our itinerary like buying extra luggages to bringing us to the best market where locals shop to find the best souvenirs in Da Nang. I cannot forget how during the planning of our itinerary, they would suggest activities and when we told them we didn’t like doing that, they would patiently give us alternatives. Because of their patience, we had an amazing time in Hoi An and Da Nang and got to do activities which were age appropriate, not too touristy and over all suited our preferences. Since we got private transfers from them, we never felt rushed or pushed to doing activities that were part of every other tourists itinerary. They gave us local fave spots to hang or those that offered amazing views of the ancient town in Hoi A while sipping coffee. Tran also took great photos of us. They also gave us helpful suggestions during the river cruise in Da Nang which we greatly appreciate. I cannot stop recommending them, they are super value for money and I believe, we have just made great Vietnamese friends with them with how they took care of us while we were there.

  Thank you Son and your team at TSM Tours, we had two fantastic days out. First day seeing sites around Hue and second day visiting BaNa Hills and MySon Sanctuary. It was great that we could personalise the day trips to suit what we wanted to see and do. Son is passionate about Vietnam, very knowledgeable and accommodating.   We made a last minute booking for a day trip from Da Nang to Hue. We were so lucky to have Son as our guide. His local knowledge of Hue ensured that we had a fantastic tour. We saw not only the better known tourist areas like the Imperial City but also family neighbourhoods. Son adjusted our tour to fit in with what we wanted to see and experience. We had great discussions about the history of Vietnam, local life and lots of laughs in between. Son was also a great driver, even driving back through a storm we felt safe.   *Driver/guide recommendation - Hoi An/Da Nang/Hue* Hi all, my husband and I have just returned home from our first trip to Hoi An, Vietnam. We travelled over with a large group from my husband's golf club. As a first time visitor to Vietnam (or anywhere in Asia), I was unsure what to expect, so for the 3 days I would be travelling solo while hubby played golf, I booked a driver/guide before we left Australia. I am so grateful I did! Sơn Tsm Tours was amazing! He created a full itinerary for me, ensuring I got to see and experience all aspects of Vietnamese life and culture. Not only was he punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable, he was considerate, friendly, with a great sense of humour and shared his genuine love for Vietnam. We even booked him again for a 4th day for my husband and I to travel to Hue for the day. On one particular day I ended up ill (🤮) midway through a tour. He kindly looked after me, took me to a store to get cleaned up, bought me ginger tea, and adjusted the trip so I could spend time in a refreshing fresh water spring until I felt well enough to resume.   What an amazing experience! Son was an excellent guide. We visited so many beautiful places, away from the crowds. He personalized our trip from Da Nang to Hué based on what we wanted. He was informative, kind, fun and allowed us to relax and enjoy everything at our own pace. We highly recommend him.

  Our driver was excellent, taking it slow so we could enjoy the sights along the way. Driver spoke good English and was very respectful. Our tour included a stop at Marble Mountain, which we did not enjoy, no fault of tour group just personal preference. We took elevator to mountain, but very many many uneven steps with huge crowds to see anything. Even fit young people were struggling. The site attendants, and vendor sellers were aggressive, a tourist trap. Our driver got us to our hotel in HoiAn without problem.

  David was amazing from the time he picked us up until he dropped us off on the 3rd day. Always punctual, informed, safe in his driving and overall helpful! It was a pleasure taking the trip with him. We were picked up at our hotel in Danang, made our way through Hai Van Pass to Hue stopping at the Lang Co oyster farm (and buying some well Priced pearls), to the King’s tomb and up to David’s home city of Hue where we saw Imperial Citadel. David gave us some pointers for dinner which were lovely. Second day we moved from Hue to Khe Sanh via the Quang Tri Citadel and the Khe Sanh base museum. Along the way we were provided ice cold water and commentary on the areas we passed. Day 3 we drove from Khe Sanh to Dong Hoi stopping at the 17th parallel museum. Thanks David ,for an awesome trip, if we come back to this part of the world we will contact you for any driving requirements

  We arranged three tours and Tu our guide was amazing spoke excellent English very friendly, took so many amazing photos of us and communication from the tour operator and Tu was perfect so we knew exactly what was arranged and pick up times. Would definitely book again .

  We had an unforgettable tour with Son our driver and guide from our hotel in Hue to our hotel in Hoi An and stopped at many great places. Where we wanted to stay we stayed a little longer, where it was too crowded we were allowed to leave quickly. City of Ghosts - Monkey Mountain - Dreamy Waterfalls - Hai Van Pass - Lap A Lagoon - Lang Co Beach - Marble Mountain. Everything was perfect, even the weather! Thank you Son!
