Da Nang Home Cooking Class is a great opportunity to learn about Vietnamese cuisine and culture at a local family. Our class size is 9 people so entire course is very personal and you are able to get hands on at every cooking steps. We won’t just give you step by step instruction on how to make the food but also give you an insight into local life. The dishes you are going to cook are authentic and not too time consuming. Ingredients are easy to find. This class will help you show off your new Vietnamese cooking skill to your family and friends when you get home! Hands-on cooking class. - Visit the colorful market and learn some Vietnamese ingredients. - Visit vegetable gardens and practice as a Vietnamese farmer ***Menu 1: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun*** - Quang Noodle - Fish sauce chicken wing - Green papaya salad with shrimp - Deep-fried spring rolls ***Menu 2: Tue, Thur, Sat*** - Beef noodle soup - Crispy Vietnamese Pancakes (Banh Xeo) - Green mango salad with shrimp - Fresh Spring roll *** Tour Detail of Market Visit, Farm, Tea Tasting and Cooking Class*** - 8.00 AM- 8.30 AM/ 2.00 PM- 2.30 PM: You will be picked up by a local tour guide at your hotel in Da Nang center. - Join the farmers in preparing the land and growing vegetables - Visit a local market to select fresh ingredients and show the emphasis on quality and authenticity. - 9.15 AM/ 3.15 PM: Go to a local house. 5.00What an awesome experience! I signed up for a Farming, Market & Home Cooking Class not knowing what to expect, and it turned out to be amazing. The instructor JANE, was incredibly, professional and friendly, it felt more like spending time with a family friend than taking a class. I learned, laughed a lot, and tasted some of the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. I so loving every minute during the class. I highly recommend this to everyone who will visit Da Nang Vietnam 🇻🇳

1.00They didn't even give us the cooking class, the orchard was a gentleman with an azadon planting vegetables, and the one who wanted foot massage paid for it apart. We ate little and badly. Wasted time that we could take advantage of instead of other very interesting things that are in the area. The Dragon Bridge, the Hand Bridge... There was no time.

4.00My family and I had a good time on this tour. Lyn our guide was friendly and informative and made us feel welcome. The highlights for us were meeting the lovely people in the garden and cooking some delicious food. A point off is due to the rather large size of the group we were put in making the kitchen a little squeezy and though the market part was interesting, no coffee was provided and we had to buy our own water.

5.00We had a wonderful time with Lyn. We loved walking through the market and trying all the different things. There was so much food in the class, that we were stuffed and couldn't finish everything. Definitely the highlight of our trip!
