1.00We had booked this via Viator and had hotel collection pick up at 5am arranged. Despite getting up early on the last day of our honeymoon, the taxi driver did not show. We attempted to make contact via the number on the booking email, but there was no answer. We also emailed the company. Overall, a very disappointing / frustrating experience, would avoid booking with this company at all costs.
