1.00This company sold us tickets that was supposed to take us Banff Gondola. It was clearly written on the description of the trip That we were going to pay for that ride but the tour guide would give us 90 minutes to complete the activity. However, the tour guide was given a totally different instruction and we could not get on the cable ride. We were not taken to Gondola. The tour guide offered to get us to Gondola but the company would not commit to getting us home from Banff. It was disappointing.
