We had such a great time from start to finish. The communication from George was great beforehand & the meeting point was easy to find. We got a taxi to a beautiful village out of Tibilisi called Shinvisi. The cookery class was interesting and fun, we made absolutely delicious Khinkali dumplings, drank pomegranate juice, beer and vodka! Our host George was friendly, professional & full of fascinating knowledge about Georgian food; folklore, history and architecture. I would totally recommend this experience.
