Our air-conditioned shuttle will pick you up at Mandalay Bay Hotel (Front Entrance, Lower Level - Shuttle and Tour Pick Up) and transport you to our premier riding location in the Mojave Desert. Once there, we will provide you with safety gear and a step-by-step orientation on how to ride your 450cc ATV.
Then let the excitement begin! Your guide will lead you on an hour-long journey into the beautiful desert where you'll be able to enjoy thrilling trails and captivating views - maybe even spot a rare desert animal! After your ride, you'll be transported back to reality with a little dust and a lot of memories!

3.00This is great for people who have never been on an ATVs or folks that are a little weary on power sports vehicles. It was challenging (in a fun way) for me, but my husband could have gone with a more advanced crowd. The folks leading the tour were very helpful and focused on safety. However, their ATVs were not working properly and we spent a lot of time waiting for them to swap vehicles, call the owner and troubleshoot the issues of the ATVs. One tour guide told us because of these issues, they could not split up the group so more advanced people could go faster. They spent so much time troubleshooting that we spent a good amount of time stopped. One of the guides told us that the ATV they were on was in a very bad accident and shouldn’t be on the track. Thinking back, that ATV had a guest on it and they swapped it for the one that the tour guide was on that ultimately, didn’t work and was in the accident. That’s sketchy. Also, don’t be fooled by the 3 hour tour time. It’s one hour driving to the spot, an hour ish on the ATVs and the last hour driving back. So for us, with all of the stopping, we probably rode for 45 minutes. Not sure if they always have that much equipment failure normally or if it was just an off day.
Gotta go back!!

4.00Really great tour guide, but if you are looking for action or freeplay this may not be the activity for you. If you are looking to check out the dessert and get the 101 of riding quads, then its perfect. Convenient pick up from one of the hotels on the strip is nice. I would recommend doing the sunset tour. That might be worth it.
