Set amongst 500 acres of beautiful Kentish parkland, Leeds Castle stands tall as an 11th century Norman stronghold. With a history serving England’s medieval kings and queens, to an elaborate transformation into an elegant 20th century retreat by Anglo-American heiress, Lady Baillie; Leeds Castle’s rich heritage has secured its place as one of the most visited historic attractions in Britain.

The gardens were stunning full off ponds flowers shrubs little bridges children could interact lovely grass areas for picnics benches to sit. The castle was beautiful artwork and a piece of English history. This combined with the train ride, boat trips mini golf. The kids can also enjoy the day . We also experienced a falconry display. Stop for tea drinks and ice cream in one of the many cafes . We purchased the ultimate ticket but worth it.

Expensive for what it is. Doesn’t take more than a couple of hours to see everything. The price on Viator doesn’t include the 12 month free returns as opposed to buying a ticket directly at the venue and the price on Viator was exactly the same as buying on the day at the castle. Not worth the money to be honest. Even the experiences at the Castle were pretty basic. Ended up just being a walking expedition and didn’t learn much.
