5.00Leonardo was the best driver and tour guide we could have hoped for! He was from Florence, extremely knowledgeable, and took us to see as many historical sights as we could see in just a few hours time. He picked us up from our Viking cruise in Livorno, made a quick pit stop in Pisa, then onto Florence. I would highly recommend requesting Leonardo! 10/10!!

5.00We had an incredible day exploring Pisa and Florence with our guide Cristiano. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and extremely accommodating. Cristiano gave us excellent direction on which landmarks to prioritize, where to shop, and even where to enjoy a delicious lunch — all of which made the day smooth and stress-free. One of the highlights was his gelato recommendation — hands down the best we’ve had on our entire trip! His local knowledge, thoughtful planning, and warm personality made this a memorable experience for our whole family. This tour exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it — especially if you’re lucky enough to have Cristiano as your guide!

5.00Our tour guide, Cristiano, tailored the day to our most desired destinations. He was at the cruise port early, waiting for us when we got off the ship, and made the expeirence seamless. He showed us where to go, top places even if we didn't ask, and was amazing. We will actually be requesting him the next time we visit the area.

5.00The weather has been unusually hot in Italy this summer so the heat was really a challenge, however having the van to jump in and cool off in as needed was a lifesaver! A lot of other tours had to park and walk a long way and stand around and wait a long time to get into Florence but our van drove us all around and right to the center of the city. He gave us great recommendations and told us a lot of information about Italy, culture, and the sites we were seeing. Mauro was a great guide and we would hire him again! Totally worth spending a bit more for a private experience.
