5.00First and foremost, his driving was impeccably safe and smooth. He demonstrated expert defensive driving skills, anticipating traffic flow and ensuring a perfectly stable ride. There was no harsh braking or aggressive maneuvering. His focus on the road was absolute, which made me feel completely secure throughout the trip. Beyond his technical skill, his customer service was exceptional. He was punctual, courteous, and greeted me with a genuine smile. The vehicle was spotlessly clean and comfortable. He was helpful with my luggage. He also offered a perfect balance of polite conversation and respecting my quiet time.

5.00We had a great time in Luxor, especially thanks to Ebait! He was always on time, totally friendly and had great tips for food, shopping and excursions. The highlight was definitely the ride on the Feluke on the Nile - just fantastic! We also learned a lot about ancient Egypt in an exciting and easy-to-understand way. 5.00The day of this tour started out rocky, we booked through another tour company and they scammed us. So we booked this tour through Hamdi and our day GREATLY improved with Mohamed Albasha and Radwan(our driver). Mohamed (our new cousin) was amazing, he was knowledgeable about Luxor (his home) and taught us a lot about ancient Egyptian religion, culture, history, and even how to kind of read hyrogyplics. I am really grateful to him, Radwan, and Hamdi for making our trip to Luxor perfect. We visited the Alabaster factory and met Mr. Wow lol my mother in law and cousin bought so much stuff lol the lunch was filling and delicious. I wish we had booked a night in Luxor so we could spend more time with Mohamed Albasha and Radwan. Thank you Cousins for inviting us in to your home, we look forward to meeting you again.

5.00We went through Eddy who speaks very good French during our stay in Luxor , everything went very well, he managed our days from A to Z. He took us to very good local restaurants. And we had preferential rates with him. He is a very nice and smiling person , he will make your stay better. I recommend and thank him for this experience on Luxor
