  The transportation was not luxury, its the van they use for tours - and the bags were placed in a row of seats. The air was not on when we entered the van - so the ride starts very uncomfortable. They were difficult to work with. We felt bad for the driver, because it seems like the compnay overschedules. As a result, we did not depart at the time we wanted. In the end we did get where we needed to go - but I guess know what you are getting.

  The driver made contact through what's ap. Telling us to meet him outside at exit 5. Gave us car number plate to look out for. Car was too small to take our luggage 2 medium cases and 2 carryon flight cases. I had to travel with 1 of medium cases in back. Seat

  Fantastic friendly driver. Was waiting for us, as advised. Very helpful and gave us information on Singapore on the drive to the hotel. Very nice car and smooth drive. Very impressed.

  The mini bus that picked us up was blowing lots of smoke and the driver had the back open and the engine running so when we got inside there was lots of exhaust fumes inside the vehicle. Not sure I would use this company again. On previous trips we have been picked up in a limousine. That is what I would have expected for $74 Singapore Dollars.

  Both persons we spoke to (Ahumar and our driver Rajesh) were friendly, accommodating, and responsive. When we had to make a few small changes to the location and schedule, they adjusted easily. Even though the original plan was to meet at the driveway, Rajesh met us at the arrival hall of the airport and was able to help with our luggage. He also took all our luggage on and off the car on both our arrival and departure dates. Pickup from the hotel (to go to the airport) was slightly delayed but not a big deal: we requested an earlier pickup at 10:30 (instead of the original 11:30, I think) but then we informed Rajesh on the day itself that we would be ready 10:40. He arrived around 10:50, probably because of a bit of traffic that day. Both ways, his driving was smooth and the car was comfortable and clean. He was also polite and quiet but readily answered any touristy questions we had. All in all, we had a good experience and recommend their service. 👍🏼
