Our Pizza Making Class takes place at the old city center of Naples where a native pizzaiolo (pizza maker) will teach you how to make pizza in the traditional Italian way. Gathered round a wooden table filled with tasty toppings, you will listen to stories while you prepare to be chefs. You will learn to follow a recipe when you measure, mix, knead and roll out your own dough. You’ll add delicious homemade sauce and the choice of toppings before putting it in the wooden oven and tasting your masterpiece pizza.

What To Expect

Join our 2-hours Pizza Class to learn how to prepare pizza at home like a real Neapolitan and all the tips behind its preparation! This is a semi-private activity with a maximum of 10 participants, it takes place in an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria in the heart of Naples only a few steps from Maschio Angioino castle. Be ready to make the pizza with our professional pizza chef. You will learn to follow a recipe when you measure, mix, knead and roll out your own dough. Making the pizza dough and all the information provided. Then adding all the toppings and learning about how we could make it at home. Instructor was entertaining. Also the appetizers and dessert were very good.
