This was the worst Viator tour we ever experienced. I have been to the same tour with another group or tour guide and it was much better. Tour guide was disengaged. She just talked on the bus then left us all to wander with no clear information about the town. She smoked quite a bit then hopped into the van which caused horrible smell. The driver was reckless and texting during the whole ride even though the road was busy and winding. He was tailgating other drivers. We accustomed to Naples driving but this is next level of dangerous especially for a tour to Amalfi coast. We did not enjoyed our trip. And really wished we booked with another provider or tour. The cities themselves were gorgeous.
