At first it was not what i expected was looking for something smaller in group size etc.. but it was super fun, Our chef was excellent and learnt so much.. As a pescatarian thought i would not enjoy but everything is tailored for each persons dietary requirements.. the end result was a banquet of delicious food…which was excellent… would recommend!!!

There was a great range of traditional Balinese food cooked. Most cooking classes will do 3-4 foods, this one offered 12! Tommy was a great chef and teacher, his commentary and knowledge was delivered in a funny and enjoyable manner. One slight critique: In other cooking classes, you eat what you prepared. In this class, you prepare each course and then eat your own food. In this class, you share the prep-work and then share the food as a group. I understand that this gives the class more variety of courses, but I do prefer to eat my own prepared food (very minor issue). But otherwise a great time making some tasty food!

We had a great time at the cooking class today. It was extremely well organised and the chef made it good fun. Everyone got to participate in bits along the way and the meal at the end was fantastic. Couldn't recommend it enough.
