3.00We enjoyed the tour that we were able to take of our package. An hour before our tour was to start. We got a notice that the power plant portion was canceled due to maintenance. This was very disappointing since I’m an engineer, and that was the only reason I chose this package. Asked for a refund for that portion of the package and you have yet to receive it.

3.00Great tour with Tracy. She knew her stuff. Great walk in the tunnel. However, the light show was hard to watch with uncontrolable students chasing each other around the generators. I complained but was told it's interactive. But playing tag and talking loudly is not part of the show. It was difficult to hear the commentart. I wrote a letter to them, but have never received a reply. Don't wast your money.

2.00Our tour started out with a terrible dinner, I would give it 0 stars if I could. After dinner we went to the power station to watch a computer generated cartoon. There were no facts or information about how the power plant worked. We ended the night changing the colors on the falls. Working with the lights was the highlight of the tour. Overall it was a LOT of money to touch icons on an iPad.
