  George was our tour guide and was exceptional. He was prompt, very knowledgeable and friendly. What more can I say, it was a well done and I highly recommend.

  Awesome day? Visited all the great sites, George gave us lots of history and amazing terrific guide. He actually took us to entrance to boat, tunnels and skyline. We also enjoyed lunch with a view of the falls! Highly recommend his tour.

  The tour company forgot to pick us up. They said our name was missed on the morning pick up. The man that I spoke to from Zoom Tours seemed to think it was because we booked through Viator. They offered to add us for the following day, but we were leaving. It was very disappointing. We did get a refund. I would not book this tour.

  Overall the tour was good, but the boats weren't running, and only told on the day by a another customer, and not the tour guide. Waiting for a refund.

  We enjoyed our tour. We found the butterfly conservatory was a poor substitute from what would usually be the boat tour - for the amount of money we paid we felt the charges should of been less, or something more included such as the power house as the butterfly conservatory was disappointing. Therefore we feel the operators should look into this, as that part of the trip let it down from being 5 stars. However, John was our tour guide he was very knowledgeable during our tour and we enjoyed seeing all of the other sites and we enjoyed the journey behind the falls and the skylon tower. We would reccomend this trip, without the trip to the butterfly conservatory.
