  We enjoyed our tour. We found the butterfly conservatory was a poor substitute from what would usually be the boat tour - for the amount of money we paid we felt the charges should of been less, or something more included such as the power house as the butterfly conservatory was disappointing. Therefore we feel the operators should look into this, as that part of the trip let it down from being 5 stars. However, John was our tour guide he was very knowledgeable during our tour and we enjoyed seeing all of the other sites and we enjoyed the journey behind the falls and the skylon tower. We would reccomend this trip, without the trip to the butterfly conservatory.

  Seeing the falls up close. Our guide Garry was very friendly and informative. He picked us up from the hotel on time and was extremely helpful. My husband uses a walker, Garry always help him in and out of the van.

  The Hornblower boat tour was fun. We loved going behind the falls too. Tom was the best guide. The skylon tower gave us another prospective.

  George was amazing! Great tour! I would not recommend adding the lunch option! Very rude server who yelled at us! Food mediocre! Otherwise great tour!

  Good tour and great tour guide (Tom). On the negative side was lunch, the food was good, but buffet had less of a selection on food, only water as a drink, everything else extra cost.
