Very good tour. Driver Joey was very entertaining. Picked up on time at one of three stops. No issues.

Bus was late arriving for pick up. Apparently, some guest arrived half an hour late and the bus went back for them so we started our day more than an hour behind schedule. Wineries and stops were not as described. We did vieni, puddicomb, forty creek (yes, whiskey on a wine tour!) and cornerstone. Puddicomb was a stop for samples and food, both of which were overpriced, terrible and took forever. We waited well over an hour for a small thin crust pizza that had been half cooked in an oven and then brought outside to the pizza oven and still managed to be undercooked. I can appreciate that there afd a lot of people but the stops selected by the tour company should be able to accommodate the number of people they are bringing on the tour. This simply resulted in fifty people bored, hungry and all round unimpressed. Forty creek, as a stop, was also a shock. I’m not sure why anyone would assume that wine drinkers want to stop to sample whiskey? While I can appreciate this may be interesting to some people, I don’t think the assumption should be that everyone is an alcoholic and will consume anything with alcohol. I had asked for the itinerary prior to our tour so we could make sure there were appropriate food options for everyone in our group. When I asked the tour guide, on the tour, why we were off itinerary, I received excuses about Newark brewing taking too long to make food (which I have a hard time believing given our experience at puddicomb) and that the wineries didn’t want large groups. He later told another person that there is a list of potential stops and it is only decided day of. I would have picked a different tour with this information, had I know ahead of time.

I found the tour very pleasant, good value for money, the wine tasting exhibition was very lively, especially the last micro-vineyard where the presentation was great! I would recommend improving the logistics of the lunch stop, the place had no variety in the food, in addition to being little the offer some dishes were no longer available, also should be a meal related to wine and a wine tasting and not beer. But overall the whole experience was very positive! I would also recommend that you include some explanation about the wine process, it could be included in the bus tours or and something else from the historical part of the area!

Meet up place was a little hard to find , but the tour itself was a lot of fun. Plenty of time to taste and buy

Bus driver, Larry, was very friendly and knowledgeable about wineries and the Niagara region. We enjoyed the Caroline and Vieni wineries a lot. However, the Newark brewery was a little disappointing in that they only have 2 flight samples and the staff did not provide any background on the beer or the brewery itself.
