Upon arrival in Nikko, we enjoyed a panoramic view of the iconic Shinkyo Bridge from the bus. Painted in bright red, this sacred bridge gracefully spans the Daiya River and is one of the most photographed landmarks in the area.

Great tour and way to see Nikko park within a day. Bert our guide was very knowledgable and knew a lot about the area and japan itself adding more to the overall experience. Despite the weather we still managed to see everything and get back at a solid time. Would recommend

This tour provided minimal commentary. We were transported to the three sites and left to explore on our own for a designated period of time. The waterfall and shrine were enjoyable, the lake a total waste of time. The red bridge in the photo is a drive by, not a photo stop.

Our tour guide was very good and knowledgeable. We were a little bit disappointed that the plan for the day was switched around and we started with a lake and waterfall instead of the shrine. It was a really foggy morning, and we could not see the lake and waterfall at all. I keep thinkingi that if we would stuck with the original plan the weather might get improved by the second part of the day so we could see the lake and waterfall.

The place is absolutely amazing and definitely worth visiting! However, the tour itself was poorly organized. The group size was enormous: two full big buses, and the guide did not tell anything at all about the places; only when and where should we meet in each location.

This was a great way to get up to Nikko for a day trip. Bert and our driver were excellent in ensure safe and swift transport on a very busy day for the trip as it was the autumn festival. It was great to learn more about the culture and the area from Bert. Everyone we engaged with during the trip were amazing including where we stopped for lunch.
