5.00This was my first trip to North Macedonia, to Lake Ohrid. Our travel guide picked me up right from my doorstep. The drive from Durrës didn’t take long at all, and we managed to do the whole round trip in just one day. It was comfortable traveling by car. The heating was on, so I felt warm and cozy. I really love listening to stories about local people. Our guide shared many fascinating facts about the country and its residents. It was also interesting to compare North Macedonia with Albania and see how similar or different these countries are. Our walk began with a visit to the church overlooking the lake. Then we went down closer to the water and took a boat ride. The views from the boat were absolutely magical, and the water was incredibly clear and transparent. After that, we had lunch at a local restaurant and continued exploring the old bazaar street and the city center. So colorful and so interesting!🥰 This wasn’t my first trip with Epic Tours, and I sincerely recommend these guys! They are true professionals. I’m already looking forward to my next adventure with them ❤️

5.00I've been to Ohrid for four times now and I really love this place for its atmosphere, so if you want to enjoy the peace and architecture of the old town near the lake, you definitely need to come here. Our guide picked me up near my house and we traveled in comfort. Throughout the entire trip he talked about the history of the city and was very kind in everything, The tour was organized very well and the trip from Durres wasn't far, I wasn't even tired. I highly recommend visiting Ohrid to recharge and gain new impressions!
