5.00It was worth every penny and currently the lines are 3 or 4 hours to see the Cathedral with no guide so it is really a worthwhile tour. By the way I have seen the Cathedral many times and this is the first time I use a tour guide and it really was worth it.

Juan Carlo answered questions, was engaging, and was very knowledgeable!!! We highly recommend asking (if possible) if JC can be your guide if you do this tour!!!

5.00Our guide was amazing (I cannot remember her name). She gave an amazing tour, and remembered many of the names in our large group. I would recommend the audio tour with her because it’s nice to have an explanation of the artwork and stained glass.

5.00Our guide was very knowledgeable about both the history and restoration work. We definitely learned more than we would have independently. The audio devices allowed her to speak at a respectful volume in a way that everyone could hear even if not huddled around. The tour started with about 20 minutes in the courtyard discussing the cathedral design before moving inside. At the conclusion of the tour audio devices were returned and we could then remain inside to revisit or explore further. I am so glad I did not exchange this for timed entry / self guided access.
