The tour concept is excellent. Our guide was hard to hear and added too many negative, personal opinions for my liking.

Our guide, Lynn shared her vast knowledge of history as it pertained to local and global issues that helped shape events that has led us to current times. She was engaging and shared little antidotes that really rounded out our experience.

It’s a very active 2-2 1/2 hr walk up and down hills. Extremely knowledgeable and considerate tour guide. We covered most of the important historical sights. We really enjoyed the tour.

The leader is nice, but there is a bit too much talking on her part explaining too much information and lingering in the same spot for too long. The tour went over by at least 20 minutes and the last hour was spent on having to hear religious information about monasteries and churches of which we were not interested and it was way too long for this information. There was nothing written in the explanation that it was a religious tour.

This is a comprehensive overview of the historic city. Our guide, Pierre was personable and knowledgable but spoke quickly so it was sometimes difficult to follow what he was saying. We were lucky to have a small group but in the crowds (we unwittingly chose a Quebec festival weekend) it was easy to get separated. The best part of the tour was the overview. In a few hours you will be able to figure out where you want to go back and spend more time
