Ananuri Fortified Castle Ensemble
Ananuri was a castle and seat of the eristavis (Dukes) of Aragvi, a feudal dynasty which ruled the area from the 13th century. The castle was the scene of numerous battles.
The Zhinvali Dam is a hydroelectric dam on the Aragvi River in the Caucasus Mountains in Zhinvali, Georgia.

5.00In the middle of May 2024. I traveled with my sister in Georgia. We were lucky enough to have Grand Tours Tbilisi organize one-day trips from Tbilisi for 3 days. I would like to thank Lucas ("Biković") who tried his best to meet all our requests and to organize everything nicely for us. I also want to point out that all 3 guides were excellent and professional, and I especially want to thank and praise the guide Nana, who delighted us with her energy, dedication, professionalism, kindness and immediacy. With Nana, we went on a trip to Vardzia, Bojroma, Rabati and we heard and learned all kinds of new things from her, both regarding those locations as well as about Georgia and its history in general. Just for the sake of the two of us, she spoke the whole day in excellent English because she spoke to most of the group in Russian. Nana was maximally dedicated to the group in every aspect, she answered all possible questions and tried to make the whole trip an unforgettable experience for all of us. Our rating of her professionalism and dedication is at least 300%. All praise and respect for Nana.

I would like to appreciate the person Mr. David who was our tour guide as well driver is a wonderful guy who made the tour more memorable. It was 12days long trip which passed like blink of an eye, visited most beautiful places..Gudauri, Kazbegi, Ananuri, Borjomi, Bakuriani, Kutaisi and Batumi. Beauty of Georgia is just awesome, will come back again and again. Highly recommend their services for a truly immersive and stress-free travel experience.

5.00Genuine and honest, welcoming and friendly, we did 2 trips (kakheti and kazbegi). Both excellent trips, utmost safety and super friendly host Mr. Oto (he is more of a friend than a guide) Amazing suggestions on food, wines, restaurants (can't sum up the whole experience in this review). George was super helpful and wr are glad to make friends with Oto, afterparty upon finishing the trip was outstanding with Oto and friends , see you again soon !!
