Giusi is an amazing guide. You can feel her love of Palermo as she guides you through the bustling market and side streets in this amazing city. All of the food and the vendors were top class, and you will definitely leave the tour with a full stomach (along with a deep appreciation of Palermo).

Innocenzo was fun, smart, professional, and enthusiastic. He provided us with a unique and wonderful tasting/tour experience. We truly enjoyed tasting local foods and drinks, as well as lovely the community and family feel in Palermo. Innocenzo took us to the local food places that the tourist would probably never know about, providing us with a a true sense of the city and the people. We also learned a great deal about the history of Palermo and Sicily in general, and specifically when we happened by historical churches, homes, etc. He also highlighted how things had changed since Palermo was virtually destroyed in WW II. My only regret for this day of the tour is that I ate breakfast and couldn’t really enjoy all the food prepared for us. We will know for next time.

Awesome experience. Mauro was a knowledgeable and helpful host. He used humour to move us along and to add to information. 3 hours didn’t seem long enough. We would’ve liked to spend more time at places but we know the street food hosts were cooking for the public and didn’t have time to spend with us. Mauro gave us ample information specific to the place. Excellent!!! Thank you and we’ll be recommending this to others. Ciao.

What a great time with Innocent. He is knowledgeable of the area and of the various food we tried. It was my husbands birthday and he surprised him with a candle in a sandwich that was requested. Don't think, just book this experience!!!!

Mauro was wonderful! Charming and funny. We would have totally taken this tour again. It was wonderful to hear the history behind the food and how many generations of shop owners. It was a great way to explore the city!
