Pizza is probably the world’s favourite food, and where better to learn than Italy? You will learn how to make tender, flexible yeast dough that stretches to almost paper-thinness, and even the trick for a flavorful yet light tomato sauce. Even if you bake pizza in your own oven, these techniques are universal and using them really makes a difference.
With the pizzaiolo, you’ll make your very own pizza, you’ll stretch it, sauce it, bake it, slice it. It will be the best pizza you ever tasted, and you made it yourself!
Then, everybody will learn how to make chocolate gelato and the cone to put it in. Your chef will also take you through the history of Italian ice cream - perfect!
Once everything is ready, you’ll be able to eat your delicious pizza and gelato! An unforgettable afternoon, you’ll learn about Italian culture and its most delicious specialities while enjoying a fun and easy experience with your family

A very fun and enjoyable experience that doesn't cost a lot. Great instructor and facility. You really do learn how to make tasty and authentic Italian back home.

It was really great fun. I enjoyed learning about both pizza and gelato, Filipinos is a great teacher and at the end you get to eat both the pizza you made and some gelato - with a couple of glasses of wine. All ages represented, chatted to other students and laughed at each other’s handiwork. Recommend it!

Superb class and fun. I really don't cook (husband usually does). I was a nervous wreck to fail, but chef explained steps how and why and demonstrated first plus gave interesting history of pizza and Gelato. My daughter also doesn't cook and chose this class. Chef came around and encouraged, assisted for a moment if necessary. While dough quick rising, Gelato was made. Then we got our dough balls back and made pizza! We laughed and enjoyed other participants' company. Enjoyed our delicious meal with good wine. It was a terrific way to end our stay in Palermo. Highly recommend!
