Even if you bake pizza in your own oven, these techniques are universal and using them really makes a difference.
With the pizzaiolo, you’ll make your very own pizza, you’ll stretch it, sauce it, bake it, slice it. It will be the best pizza you ever tasted, and you made it yourself!
Then, everybody will learn how to make chocolate gelato and the cone to put it in. Your chef will also take you through the history of Italian ice cream - perfect!

5.00Lidia was a delightful teacher, guiding us as we made pizza and gelato. She was patient with our clumsy efforts and helped us all turn out edible pizzas. We were with people from other countries in a lovely setting. It was a memorable experience!

Marcello, our chef, is a delightful man, showed us and explained everything in detail, answered our questions, cracked jokes, and told us interesting stories about pizza and gelato. It was a lot of fun, even though there was only one other couple from Munich with us – best regards to you. The four of us worked together under Marcello's watchful eye. We thoroughly enjoyed this lesson and recommend it to everyone.
