My boyfriend and I went parasailing and it was SO much fun! From the moment we checked in, the whole team made us feel comfortable and excited. The guy who checked us in was super patient, friendly, and understanding, which helped ease my nerves. When we got on the boat, the two men running it were amazing — so funny, professional, and made sure we had a blast. They asked if we wanted to get dunked in the water and we said yes — and it made the experience even more unforgettable! I was a little scared at first, but once we talked to them, all my fears were completely gone. We also bought the photo package for $45, and it was 100% worth it. They captured some awesome moments we’ll never forget. If you’re thinking about parasailing, BOOK WITH THEM! You won’t regret it.

Disappointed – Price Guarantee Not Honoured I booked two activities for myself and my son through Viator( Turtle Canyon Snorkel from Waikiki: Turtles Guaranteed and Parasailing in Waikiki Hawaii), trusting their platform and their so-called "Low Price Guarantee." However, the very next day, I received an email from Viator itself, showing that a local operator was offering both activities bundled for half the price I paid. When I reached out to request a refund of the price difference, they refused me multiple times, offering vague excuses and not honouring their guarantee. To make matters worse, when we showed up for the parasailing activity, the local operator charged me an additional $14 on-site just because I had booked through a third-party like Viator. This experience was extremely frustrating. Their prices are significantly higher than local vendors, and they do not stand behind their guarantees. My advice? Skip the middleman and book directly with local operators. You’ll save money and avoid the hassle. Date of experience: April 20, 2025

It was amazing! Especially with my partner the cold air hitting your face while your in the sky with the ocean beneath you. Such an amazing experience! Just sitting on the boat getting to the middle of the ocean is worth your Money, I saw a whale on the way too! I would 100% percent do it again + it’s in Hawaii. Do it once!
