This refined experience includes guided tours of production facilities and in-depth tastings that reveal the precision, passion, and innovation behind Tasmania’s world-class distilling. Meet the makers, explore the craft from still to glass, and savour expressions that capture the unique character of the island’s botanicals, climate, and pristine water sources.
We'll stop at one of our favourite local venues where you can relax and choose a meal that suits your taste and appetite. Menus typically range from $30 to $60, offering a delicious variety of options such as artfully crafted share plates, wood-fired pizzas fresh from the oven, and the finest locally sourced seafood and meats.

5.00My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed this day tour, which was a highlight of our trip. Our guide Ben, offered a wealth of knowledge about the history of the distilleries. We also experienced some behind the scenes with the distillers. Highly recommend 10/10

5.00Thank you Pete for first confirming the tour for us this was greatly appreciated. The tour was great and Tim was a wealth of knowledge. We truly enjoyed Spring Bay Distillery and Taz was a highlight for us. For a slight improvement one more distillery would have been fitting as we had a fair amount of excess time. However we had a blast thank you all so very much.
