  My guide Mark, a serious and highly qualified historian, was simply outstanding. Completely and deeply knowledgeable re all aspects of Cambridge’s history, he combined all this with a great sense of humour and a commitment to attentively answering my every question. One of the best and most informative guided tours I have ever done, this guide can be highly recommended.

  Our guide was hands down amazing— we learned so much. It could have easily been miserable in cold and rain, but she was so engaging, knowledgeable and able to give us an insider’s perspective on the university. Far more nuanced than a typical vague/general tour, she gave us insight into the inner workings of living within the community, dynamics within colleges, and housing (alongside the expected history.) When asked specific, loosely related questions regarding ancient history, she not only answered within context of the period, but provided specific resources to further research. I’d recommend to anyone with even a passing interest. You will be spellbound.

  Rosa was an amazing guide with tremendous insight into not just the college but the history, culture, architecture and surroundings. Such a treat to get to know Cambridge with her. Highly recommend!
