⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are from Lisbon, Portugal, and this experience started completely by accident. While walking through a garden in Cambridge, my husband spotted a tiny door at the base of the Reality Checkpoint lamp post. We stopped, smiled, and immediately wondered: where could this possibly come from? That single little door sparked our curiosity. A few quick searches later, we discovered Dinky Doors, and just like that, our walk turned into an adventure. What we loved most is that this isn’t just a “tour”, it’s an invitation to slow down, look closer, and see the city with different eyes. Each door feels thoughtful, playful and perfectly placed, blending imagination with Cambridge’s character. We managed to find almost all of the doors, missing only two of the more distant ones, not because of the tour, but simply because time ran out. And honestly, that only made us smile, knowing there are still a couple of little secrets waiting for a future visit. As visitors, it gave us something special that no traditional guide could offer: surprise, joy, and that childlike feeling of discovery. It made our time in Cambridge feel personal and memorable. We highly recommend Dinky Doors to anyone who enjoys exploring, storytelling, and finding magic in small details. Sometimes, the best experiences really do start with a tiny door.🙂 🪄

The dinky doors are great but the website for the tour is rubbish - a waste of money. The website wouldn’t load easily and wasn’t very mobile friendly.

Such a fun idea! I have absolutely loved hunting these down over my last few visits to the city. Only 2 left to find on out next visit!

The doors are very cute, and my 9 year old daughter enjoyed finding them - it made a "boring walk" more lively! It would be really helpful if there were a suggested walking route available, joining up the various spots in a simple way. They aren't all that close together, so if you have a small person with you, don't expect to tick them all off at once. We managed 8 in one walk.

A nice experience to help explore the city. Map was not very interactive but it was so fun spotting the doors. The family enjoyed it. Might be worth getting the paper map.

I wish I would have found this little tour sooner! Although I didn’t have enough time to see every door, it was still great fun! I loved the artistry of each door, and how each was hidden in plain sight! What a great way to explore the streets of Cambridge!

We, my familiy and I, spent our summer holidays in Cambridge this year. Dinky doors gave us a great experience. It was fun for the kids as well as for us parents to explore the city in this very special way.

A fun way to explore parts of Cambridge on foot with the grandchildren. The children loved finding each door and hearing the back stories too. So inventive!

Such fun, we looked for the doors while walking between museums and other attractions. They are so well done. Miniature works of art.
