You will receive a personal and detailed historical tour from our knowledgeable guides. You will be told about all the bridges and buildings you pass. Hearing about the famous colleges, their history, some funny anecdotes and all about our famous University Alumni. Our guides will be happy to answer your questions on the town, colleges and whatever else you are curious about. The tour covers the 1-mile stretch of the River Cam, known as The Backs. It will last approximately 45 mins.

5.00This is such a fun way to spend an hour or 2 relaxing in the summer sun. Our guide was very informative about everything,all the buildings and surrounds.Try to book in advance as it does get busy.The company is right at the very end of the board walk in front of a pub called Byron Bear.

2.00Having been punting before, I found that we had the least informative guide. I had to explain to my friend about the Mathmatical bridge as no information was offered, also no information on some of the universities that we passed ie Magdalene College & Queens to name a few

5.00A highly recommended experience to see Cambridge from a different perspective! I don’t remember the guide’s name, but he was incredible! He shared the history throughout the whole tour along with some interesting facts (give him a raise! ;) )

5.00Eamon was our punter and he gave us an excellent commentary on what we were seeing and could answer any questions we had - whether it was the history of the University, famous alumni or how the colleges have been used in films. Thank you for a delightful trip! It was a cold and sunless morning at first - but we didn't notice it, dressed up warmly and felt the trip was long enough, very good value and inspired us to visit some of the colleges we saw (another time).

5.00Really nice trip out on the tour with Jack, who was a very personable young guy with plenty of knowledge about the local area and some stories to boot. The tour was about an hour as Jack expertly navigated around / past those steering themselves with less grace. You get to see some sights you cannot otherwise see on foot, so a good trip to experience
