The driver was waiting for us at the airport. She told us exactly where to meet. In addition, she was waiting for us at our hotel at the scheduled time for our trip back to the airport.

Leanne was great at communicating with me to ensure a smooth connection for pick up at the airport. And she was friendly and offered water and bananas for our ride to Port Douglas. My only reason for not giving the service 5 stars is the shuttle van. It appeared to be an older model and was a little noisy.
Warm welcome makes us feel at home.

We were picked up by Leanne who was wonderful. She touched base in the morning confirming where she would meet us, so we were quite assured that everything would go smoothly (and it did). Leave also gave us invaluable local knowledge about things to do, di we already had a good idea about Port Douglas before we even arrived.

We were met at the airport in Cairns and taken to our hotel in Port Douglas in a small van. The ride was a not as comfortable as it would have been in a sedan, andvthe air conditioner wasn't working, but it was fine and our driver was good company for the trip

The driver, Mike, was friendly and super helpful with luggage which took forever to arrive. He also provided great tips for enjoying our holiday and he made the drive so pleasant it was hard to say goodbye. Vehicle was immaculate matched by excellent driving skills.
