What To Expect
- At the airport, your driver will be waiting at the meeting gate holding a sign with your name on it. - Meeting gates are assigned based on flight number. - Don't worry if you can't meet the driver! Our drivers are available for 1 hour and 30 minutes free of charge. This is sufficient time to complete immigration and customs clearance. - Please let us know if your flight is delayed or postponed to the next day. We offer transfer services at no additional cost. (We are not cold-blooded. Our profits can be justified only if we provide a fair service to our customers.) - Cleanly maintained vehicles and friendly drivers will take you comfortably. - The allowed number of luggage is one 24-inch suitcase per person. (Although we do carry more than one piece of luggage per person, we are not responsible if we are unable to load all of the luggage.) - The distance from Gimpo Airport to Seoul is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. - The transfer service ends when you arrive right in front of the hotel or Airbnb.

2.00Driver dropped me outside the hotel not at the drop off.. I paid the amount to just fetch me from Gimbo airpot to Seoul Howard Johnson hotel, he just told me he is not familar where the dropped off and just dropped me. I could have just take a taxi.. cheaper and maybe will know the street better..

5.00Transport company contacted me the day before, so did the driver, Mr.Lee, to confirm our booking. The moment my plane landed in Gimpo, Mr Lee WhatsApp me to welcome me to Korea and he will be waiting for me in arrival. As soon as I stepped out of the arrival gate, I spotted Mr.lee as he was holding a sign with my name on it. The whole process was very smooth. I would definitely book through aviator again.
