Terminal 3: Upon completing luggage collection, turn left and exit the arrival hall. At the meeting point, our airport representative (Elevate DMC, orange uniform) will be there to meet and greet you. Our airport representative will then provide assistance, hand over your welcome in-destination envelope containing all the destination details, and introduce you to your driver. Once you have met the airport representative and driver, the driver will escort you to the parking area where the transfer vehicle will be ready. The distance to the parking area is approximately 50 meters from the terminal exit. This process applies to both Dubai International Airport Terminals 1 and 3. For pick-up at Dubai hotels, please note the following instructions: We recommend scheduling the pick-up time to be at least 3.5 hours before the scheduled flight departure time (default pick-up time).
