Bait and switch, total rip off.

1.00It was a total bait and switch. I knew we needed to plan two months ahead to get tickets to the Anne Frank’s house and I did through Viator. Two weeks before our trip they cancelled our tickets and directed us to a different vendor. He literally just talked a bit about some history. We did not have access to the Anne Frank house or museum that we planned our trip around and it cost nearly $600 for our group of 6. Extremely disappointing.

5.00This tour is wrongly named. It is not about Anne Frank at all. It is about the Jewish community during the holocaust. Our guide James was FANTASTIC! Very informative and interactive. Showed us so much that we would never have noticed on our own.
