What To Expect
When booking a private transfer from the Vancouver (YVR) Airport to Downtown Vancouver and the surrounding areas you will need to provide your flight details and your destination hotel name and address so that we have accurate information to meet you at the proper pickup time and get you to your correct destination (please choose carefully from the list of destinations we offer). The type of vehicle you ordered will arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time so you will have plenty of time to get your luggage. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Price is per group, based on 3 passengers per sedan or a 5 passenger minivan. It's that easy!

1.00We thought we were booking a private vehicle that would be at the airport when we arrived. They were not at the airport. They were not a private vehicle. We called when we got our luggage. We waited 25 minutes and what arrived...a old yellow taxi which had 600k miles on it and was taped, cracked windshield and rattling. Viator did refund my money, but this shouldn't have happened!

5.00The arrivals hall was very busy when we arrived in Vancouver and it was a relief to know someone was going to be picking us up rather than us having to wait for the very long line at the taxi rank. After the long flight from Auckland and not sleeping for over 26 hours the driver took care of us and got us to the hotel promptly.
