5.00We weren’t fortunate to see the northern lights due to the weather, but Paul our guide after taking us to the lake lookout where we enjoyed some glogi and local biscuits, improvised and took us to some other sites to ensure we had a full evenings tour.
No reschedule offered despite clear forecasted bad weather

2.00The additional information states: “This experience only takes place in good weather. If it is cancelled due to bad weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.” However, when the (very friendly) driver arrived, he immediately said we would not see the Northern Lights due to bad weather. As experienced aurora guides with access to forecasts, the company could reasonably have anticipated this and offered a new date in advance instead of proceeding with the tour. The car was comfortable and the driver kind, but overall it was an expensive experience without any realistic chance of seeing the Northern Lights.

5.00We were picked up right on time at 9:00 AM, and to our surprise, there was complimentary Wi-Fi on board! The drive to the wildlife park was smooth and scenic. We enjoyed a nice and relaxing walk through the forest and got to see many animals up close. On the way, we were lucky to see reindeer walking along the street - such a beautiful lapland moment.
