5.00Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Jakarta. Was able to see all the main sights of Jakarta and enjoy an amazing meal in about 6 hours. The A/C'd vehicle is a must to beat the heat, making the trip that much more enjoyable. The overall highlight of rhe tour though was our tour guide Ryan. He was insanely knowledgeable on everything the tour included. After short conversations he was able to recommend other extra stopping points that made the trip even more enjoyable. He was able to re-arrange things on the tour so we arrived at perfect times for each site. The best part is he was able to give us the information on the site we were visiting in a quick and concise manner, and then let us enjoy without feeling the need to fill every second with more chatter. Amazing day in Jakarta!

5.00I only had 3 days in Jakarta but wanted to some sights and the full day tour was a great way to do it. The Miniature Park was lovely (although you could easily spend a day or two there), with great insight into the culture and architecture of the different provinces. We had a tour of the mosque and cathedral - both were stunning - and a great lunch with lots of choice. The guide - Vicky - was very knowledgeable and both he and the driver were very nice and friendly. Definitely recommended!

5.00This shore excursion is a private tour of Jakarta and it was amazing!! Ryan, our tour guide, was knowledgeable and very efficient. Jakarta is a beautiful city and we had delicious lunch at Gumati Jakarta. Overall, it's worth going to this excursion to see overall of Jakarta especially with Ryan, our awesome tour guide. Thank you for the excellent service.

Viator and their tour operator both let us down

1.00We were supposed to meet the tour operator at 10 am, but they never showed up. We called Viator for help but the Viator customer service was awful. They could not get a hold of tour operator and put me on hold for over half an hour. A local in Indonesia finally got a hold of tour operator who said they forgot and would send someone right away. No one ever showed so we were left to find our own way around Jakarta. This was the 3rd out of 6 Viator tours that either did not pick us up or canceled at last minute. We will not use again.

4.00This was a very good private tour. Our guide met us at the port and was flexible to our needs. He was knowledgeable and his English was good. The vehicle was very clean and the driver was excellent. The lunch was disappointing as the food was over cooked.
